HI Quality Pig Iron

As HIron™ pig iron is produced from the HIsmelt Process, its quality is both consistent and high. Tight controls over the procedure ensure that impurities such as phosphorus, silicon and manganese remain low and report to the slag – not the metal. Higher in Fe content than most pig iron on the market – HIron™ can significantly reduce steelmaking costs.
